💫 General Policy

All sales directly fund our cultural programs and initiatives. For that reason, we are only able to offer refunds or exchanges in specific situations listed below. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to our mission.

🧢 Exchanges and Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.

• To qualify for an exchange, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• We are happy to replace damaged or incorrect items with the same product or offer store credit if the item is no longer available.

• At this time, we are not able to accept returns for items based on size, fit, or change of preference.

📦 How to Request an Exchange or Refund

• Your name and order number

• A brief description of the issue

• A photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

💌 Digital & Event Products

• Event tickets, zines, or digital downloads are non-refundable once purchased, as these directly support programming and artist participation.

• If an event is canceled, ticket holders will be notified and provided with credit toward future programming or merchandise.
