Location: Tropical Home Gallery in Ybor City, Tampa, Florida.
We are hosting an art show, local vendors and performers, a community conversation, and a community donation drive.
This is a community led and operated labor of love. Movida is a space for connection, celebration, and community co-creation.

A cultural experience rooted in the arts, community celebration, and collective transformation.
This year’s theme, “Reclamando Our Untold Stories,” honors the lived experiences of our community as sources of wisdom, resilience, and change.

In 2025, we passionately continue to amplify our untold stories, yet nuestra gente holds the burden of censorship. Movida 2025 artist exhibition experienced forced and self-censorship due to the political climate we find ourselves in. We are committed to truth-telling and community healing. We invite you to learn more here to join the conversation.
At Movida
Movida is a joyful, justice-rooted space where Latine stories, traditions, and futures come together. This event is for all ages and all walks of life. Come out to support, connect, and celebrate Latinx artists, performers, and business owners representing a spectrum of identities, generations, and cultural heritages across the Latine diaspora. The magic includes:
